All High School players MUST complete a physical, ImPACT baseline concussion evaluation before they are eligible to play.
Each is good for two years and must be valid through the end of the season, which is approximately the first week of June each year. Completed forms must be emailed to registrar@mountainsidelax.com.
During registration, you reviewed and acknowledged several very important forms and agreements. We have included them here as a reminder of the expectations we have for all members of the Mountainside Lacrosse Club.
We know lacrosse is expensive. We feel it is important to be transparent about the costs associated with our club and we have posted the annual budget on our website. If you have any questions about the budget please feel free to reach out to our treasurer at treasurer@mountainsidelax.com.
It is our goal that any student who wants to play lacrosse should be able to play. No one should be left out due to financial hardship. For those unable to pay the full amount for a season of lacrosse, please review our scholarship application.
Lacrosse is a club sport and not part of OSAA. Because we are not subsidized by the school district or the state, we must charge registration fees. Unfortunately, the true cost to play is higher than the registration fees we charge; therefore, fundraising is very important for the club's future. Please consider helping to secure a sponsorship for the upcoming season to help us maintain our club's financial stability. We have a full sponsorship packet, which can be found here.
You also have the opportunity to help the Club through personal giving and Bottle Drop donations. If you would like to make a personal donation please contact our treasurer at treasurer@mountainsidelax.com. If you are interested in donating your redeemable bottles and cans please contact the secretary (secretary@mountainsidelax.com) for bags and stickers.
